Mainly in charge of preparing accounting reports to HQ in Japan
Consolidate financial statements from accounting team
Liaise with HQ in Japan (Some documents are in Japanese)
Mainly in charge of supporting Admin members of construction site's office (6~7 sites)
Conduct wide range of secretarial/admin duties
Manage events such as opening ceremony
General office management
Help contract manager regarding legal and contract management liaising with law firms
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
-At least 3 years of document control working experience in the building construction industry.
-Good knowledge of construction building materials.
-Good knowledge of computer software like Excel, Microsoft Word and basic AutoCAD.
-Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with third related parties
